I would like to invite you to participate in an Exercise Challenge.
If you would like to gain energy, lose weight, prevent many diseases and reverse others, alleviate depression, improve cognitive function, improve your self-esteem and body image, reduce stress and simply feel great… then this three-week long Exercise Challenge is for you!
You see, exercise is not just for weight control. Your heart, your brain, including your memory, learning, and mood – everything benefits when you exercise!
So, what you need to do in order to participate in this challenge is to exercise at least 3 times a week, for 3 weeks, and for at least 30 minutes each time.
Also, take a photo right before, during or right after the exercise and post it on my Facebook page.
What type of exercise you should do? ANY type that you enjoy the most! It can be weight-lifting, martial arts, swimming, yoga, Pilates, dancing, hiking, walking, playing team sports with your friends – anything that brings you joy!
Please also write about how exercise makes you feel and/or about the challenges (if you have any). This is important for it will help and encourage others!
At the end, three winners will be selected from the most active participants. Each winner will receive one hour Health and Wellness consultation over the phone.
The challenge starts on February 3rd, 2014.
